Enscicon Corporation is hiring a Human Resources Manager to be based out of Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with executive leadership team to drive the organization's culture, human resources and talent strategy, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employee law.
- Provide leadership and guidance throughout the organization but must also be willing and able to do day-to-day HR tasks while embodying a "roll up the sleeves" and "can do" attitude.
- Provide guidance and support to manager and employees on HR-related issues, including knowledgeable coaching to all levels throughout the organization; find workable solutions to complex issues.
- Lead and mentor the HR team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Continue strengthening the onboarding process for strong project and department-specific onboarding.
- Manage the performance review and salary structure systems.
- Optimize HR workflows for efficiency, ensuring processes are streamlined and effective in supporting business and employee needs.
- Nurture a positive working environment and ensure high levels of employee engagement.
- Manage and supervise HR teams across multiple locations.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure the organization attracts the best talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and demonstrated experience working within good judgement
