Description

*Pay: Up to $25/hour (depending on experience).
*Striping experience preferred but not necessary
Job Overview:
Operates landscaping and construction heavy equipment; ensuring landscaping and snow removal projects are completed to provide a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for guests and team members. Maintains the property traffic and directional functionality through painting, maintenance, and installation of traffic control devices in the roadways, parking lots, and parking garages. *May direct activities of additional positions as described under occasional tasks.

Job Requirements:
Reflects
MINIMUM
EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION
and
EXPERIENCE
required in order
to meet
the expectations of this job:
Class A CDL required or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire; training provided by SMSC
A combination of two years' experience operating landscape or heavy construction equipment.
One year experience operating snow plow equipment including heavy construction equipment and
tree felling.
Ability to perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on small and large equipment; electrical
and battery operated equipment.
Chainsaw safety, maintenance, use and handling certificate or able to maintain.
