We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Journeyman Electrician for a commercial electrical project in Northlake, TX. This position is best suited for someone with strong commercial experience who can step onto the jobsite and begin contributing with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and layouts • Install electrical panels, devices, and related equipment • Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit • Perform 90 degree bends, offsets, and other conduit bends as required • Pull, route, and install wire and cable • Complete commercial electrical rough in and installation • Rope and wire complete units as required • Troubleshoot basic electrical installation issues • Follow project specifications and jobsite safety procedures • Work independently and coordinate with other trades on site • Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License required • Strong commercial electrical experience • Experience with EMT, rigid conduit, and other commercial electrical systems • Ability to read and work from electrical prints and blueprints • Comfortable installing panels and completing electrical rough in • Must have basic electrical hand tools • Must have required PPE • Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite • Strong understanding of electrical and construction safety practices • Dependable and able to work Monday through Friday
Traveling electricians are encouraged to apply. Per diem is $85 per day.
