Trillium is currently seeking an HR Manager for a large-scale automotive manufacturing facility.

The HR manager will have a broad role in multiple areas including new hire orientation, employee relations, benefits, compensation, organizational development, recruiting/talent acquisition, and management of subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for retention, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, employee training and development, policy administration, benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k).
- Responsible for new hire orientation and answering benefits questions.
- Recruitment of new employees and management of subcontractors and vendors.
- Maintain completeness and accuracy of company records.
- Facilitate employee exit review process.
- Develop, Implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs and policies.
- Manage compliance and be the in-house expert on all employee related matters.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
- Basic knowledge of Payroll.
- Management of time sheets for workforce.
- Assist with scheduling and conducting interviews.

Qualifications

- 5+years Human Resources Experience Required.
- Experience in a large-scale manufacturing facility with 800+ employees preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree, PHR or SPHR Certification Preferred.
- Experience with managing both salary and hourly workforce employees.
- Knowledge and understanding of FMLA and employee benefit packages.
- Working knowledge of HR disciplines, processes, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Proficient with computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Japanese manufacturing experience is a plus.
