Solar Site Landscape Laborer – Mowing & Trimming

Pay: $20.00 per HR

Per Diem: $120.00 day/7 days a week

Schedule: 6 days a week/ 10 hrs a day (1-2 month duration)

Position Overview:

GPT Renewables is seeking reliable and experience landscape laborers to join our team for mowing and trimming on an active solar site. This role involves operating riding lawn mowers and operating weed whackers to maintain clean and accessible grounds.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial mower and weed whackers safely and efficiently.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams, and fellow operators to achieve project goals within specified timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: General Labor experience with mowing and landscaping minimum of 1 year.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsite.
• Safety Conscious: Strong commitment to safety practices and awareness of potential hazards associated with heavy equipment operation.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
