Raising Gang Foreman – Structural Steel (Data Center Project) Location: Jeffersonville, OH Start Date: Early April Schedule: 58 hours/week | 6 days/week Per Diem: $120/day (7 days paid)10-13 week project
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Raising Gang Foreman to lead a crew on a large data center project in Jeffersonville, OH. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently overseeing steel erection, connecting, bolting, and coordinating crane picks while maintaining production schedules and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead raising gang crew members
Coordinate daily steel erection activities and crane operations
Ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance
Read and interpret structural drawings
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Communicate effectively with Superintendents and other trades
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Raising Gang Foreman or Lead Connector
Strong knowledge of structural steel erection
Experience on large commercial or industrial projects (data center experience a plus)
Ability to manage production and enforce safety standards
Willingness to work 60+ hours per week
