Pay: $32–$34/hour

Long-Term Position | No Per Diem
We’re looking for Lead Conveyor Millwright to join our team in Jackson, MS for a long-term, in-facility role.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to industrial conveyor systems
- Lead on-site work and ensure operational reliability
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and keep the line moving
- Ensure all updates meet safety and performance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Millwright, specifically with conveyor systems
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must be local or willing to relocate without per diem (this is a long-term role)
