Now Hiring: Laborer / Spotter – Chesterfield, VA

Pay Rate: $17/hour | 50–60 hours/week | No Per Diem
Location: Chesterfield, VA | Duration: 1-Year Project (Temporary)

We are currently seeking a reliable Laborer / Spotter for a year-long industrial project in Chesterfield, VA. This is a full-time temporary position offering 50–60 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with material handling and site organization

• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

• Serve as a spotter during lift operations to ensure safety

• Support the crew with general labor as needed

Requirements:

• OSHA 10 Certification is required

• Must be local to Chesterfield, VA (No per diem available)

• Ability to work outdoors and in physically demanding environments

• Must be safety-minded and able to follow instructions

• Prior experience as a spotter or construction laborer preferred, but not required
