Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial / Heavy Commercial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for MC 660 Wire Termination. Pulling Wire, and wiring electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics, high voltage systems ( MC - 660 ) and the ability to work with various hand tools. The Industrial Electrician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all electrical components function efficiently and safely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in large-scale commercial and data center projects

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

  • Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, panel installations, switchgear, and cable tray installations

  • Ensure systems are installed per NEC, local codes, and customer specifications

  • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades on-site

  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE standards

  • Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure performance and compliance

  • Work with backup power systems (UPS/generators), grounding systems, and power distribution units (PDUs)


Qualifications:

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician License is a plus

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy commercial electrical work

  • At least 2 years of experience working in data centers or critical infrastructure projects

  • Deep understanding of NEC, electrical standards, and safety regulations

  • Experience with low, medium, and high voltage systems, grounding, and bonding

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to read and work from construction drawings and schematics

  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • OSHA 10/30 Certification

  • NFPA 70E training

  • Familiarity with BMS and building automation systems

  • Experience with fiber optics and structured cabling systems
