Electrician

PRST is hiring for Electricians in China Lake, CA. This is a temporary project at the Naval Air Weapons Station (military base). Must have a REAL ID, U.S. Passport, or Driver License plus a Social Security Card to get on the base. Clean background check is required. Pay rate ranges from $27 to $32 per hour. Shift starts at 6pm at night.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance duties around the property.
• Change out old florescent bulbs to new LED bulbs.
• Change out any ballasts that are needed.
• Will need to be able to operate a scissor lift.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- E-Verify: Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have a REAL ID, U.S. Passport, or Driver License + Social Security Card to work on the military base.
- Clean Background Check.
- Car registration and insurance must be up to date to drive onto the base.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area.
- Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems.
- Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your job site.
