Description Job Summary: We are seeking a hardworking, experienced construction professional who will oversee industrial construction projects in the Elko, NV region. The Millwright General Foreman will be responsible for interaction, and communication with Superintendents, RAM personnel, and clients to ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and satisfies Scope of Work (SOW) requirements. Background in steel erection, millwright, and mine maintenance highly preferred. Must be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. This is an hourly position, reporting directly to the Project Manager of RAM Enterprise, Inc.

  • Perform random safety inspections, interact with field crews, and promote safe working culture.

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years on-the-job supervisory experience in the industrial construction industry
  • Advanced understanding of MSHA and OSHA rules and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, create material take-offs, and cost estimates.
  • Knowledge in Process piping, shaft-to-shaft alignments, pipe and structural welding, HDPE pipe, and structural steel erection in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of crushing and milling equipment, including cone and gyratory crushers, roaster mills, ball mills, SAG mills, slurry pumps, Vibratory screens, and cyclones.
  • Knowledgeable and Proficient in Safe Rigging, Crane pics, placing various equipment and subcomponents, in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as problem-solving and analytical skill
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with all person
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, and Outlook
  • Experience working on smartphones and tablets.
  • A valid driver’s license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employmen

    $65 per diem with lodging, $120 per diem without lodging
