Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, supervise, and mentor low-voltage technicians. 

• Coordinate daily work activities and manpower assignments. 

• Install and oversee structured cabling, fiber optics, pathways, cable tray, and data center infrastructure. 

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. 

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer standards. 

• Perform quality inspections and support testing and commissioning activities. 

• Track production, materials, and project progress. 

• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, General Contractors, and customers. 

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of low-voltage, structured cabling, or telecommunications experience. 

• 2+ years of crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience. 

• Experience on data center or mission-critical construction projects preferred. 

• Strong knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling systems. 

• Ability to read construction drawings and manage field crews.
