  • Job Posting: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
    Location: Across Lorain and Cuyahoga County
    Pay: $35-$45/hr (Based on Experience)
    Schedule: 40 hours/week
    Duration: Long-term

    Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for all over Lorain and Cuyahoga County and the surrounding area. This is a Direct Hire position day one with the contractor.

    Commercial HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC service tech experience
  • Must have clean driving record and be insurable under company auto policy
  • Must have own PPE and basic hand tools
  • Reliable transportation required
  • OSHA 10 card a plus but not required
  • Clean background and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Commercial HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
  • Job scope ranges from doing preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting, removing or installing a new system
  • Repair refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, control systems, and humidity and temperature control systems.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairing of commercial/ industrial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
  • Installation of RTU/AHU/Split Systems, boilers, hot water heaters
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of basic refrigeration & heating systems part/components and their applications.
  • Read and understand equipment wiring diagrams and be able to troubleshoot and repair based on the above knowledge.
  • Commercial HVAC Service Technician Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $38 - $45/hr (Based on Experience)
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
  • Payment: Weekly, direct deposit
