Job Description
BASE SALARY: WIDE OPEN for negotiations
- Per Diem: $875/weekly
- Company vehicle w/gas card provided

**Projects are primarily throughout Southeast FL**
DUTIES:
- Lead electrical construction efforts on large commercial and industrial projects across various locations.
- Coordinate schedules, labor resources, subcontractors, vendors, and materials to ensure project success.
- Maintain strong client and team communication, handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years in the commercial and/or industrial electrical industry managing electrical scopes of work in the $10MM-$100MM range
- Ability to manage/run multiple projects as required.
- Extensive material, lighting and power distribution knowledge.
- Deep understanding of NEC, construction sequencing, and field operations
- Proficiency in Procore, Accubid and Bluebeam.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician licensefrom any state
- Ability and willingness to travel and remain on-site for extended durations as needed

Job Description
Day-to-day tasks include, but not limited to the following:
- Prepare and maintain Monthly/Bi-weekly Cost Reports (Profit Projections and Work in Process (WIP)
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and venders
- Coordinate with General Superintendent on project manpower requirements
- Prepare and maintain Schedule of Values and Pay Applications throughout the Project duration
- Build and implement project schedules
- Create and maintain Change Orders and Logs
- Oversee and plan each Electrical Project with GC from pre-construction through turnover on all projects
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple commercial projects at the same time and work in conjunction with the field superintendent and their daily operations to ensure that they are complete, on time, and under budget
- Oversee and manage daily project coordination
- Approve invoices for Vendor Payment
- Respond to issues for ongoing project(s) RFI’s (request for information) in a timely manner
- Review addendums and changes for building purposes
- Keep and maintain communications between company and GC’s, subcontractors and owner/developers throughout the building process
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 5+ years of design/build electrical construction experience.
- Proficient in estimating means and methods. Proficient in Accubid or similar estimating software is highly preferred
- Ability to produce and update a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
- Ability to understand and organize an electrical estimate
- Ability to provide project cost projections
- Understand OSHA requirements on electrical projects
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Applicants must be willing to work directly on-site and have the willingness to travel nationally.

Interview Process
Teams interivew with Talent Aquisition Specialist + a member of leadership. If this goes well, candidates will be flown to Indianapolis for an in person final interview at their HQ.
Additional Info
Role is 100% travel - no remote flexibility. Will be working directly on assigned jobsites along with the rest of the Traveling team. They often work 17 days on - 4 days off to go home. FULL TRAVEL.
For Traveling Project Managers, we of course will assist with the cost of temporary relocation or traveling expenses. All project managers should expect for client to cover the cost of flight, hotels and car rentals when visiting multiple sites OR if client does not cover the housing accomodations and does not provide transportation, a set per diem of $150/ each day worked is given.
