Eagle Marine Contracting LLC began business in 2015 with the vision of becoming a "project service" not a "staffing service". EM Contracting is owned by people who began their careers as tradesmen. This leadership is one of the things that set us apart from other similar companies. The owners of EM Contracting understand the skills that are needed from a contractor to be successful. We only place qualified tradesmen on projects, we will not place an unqualified tradesmen with your company just to fill a position.
Our goal is to ensure our customers meet or exceed deadlines. This requires "outside the box" thinking from time to time, as every project is different and requires the ability to adapt to change. EM Contracting is a small business and this helps us be able to rapidly adapt to meet a customers need. Customers have contact with not only the account manager assigned, but senior company management likes to be involved with every account.
