For us, this is not a trite catch phrase, but a way of life that is woven into the very fabric of what we do at Barts. Every decision we make is processed through this lens of building people as the natural byproduct. Consequently, we make every attempt to build, stretch and challenge our team members. Next, we ask each other how we can help to build the people that work for our customers, vendors, suppliers and corporate partners. Building people has become the real reward for us as we continue to grow and lead within the electrical industry.

When we ask ourselves, “What does the customer want and expect from us at Barts?” The natural answer becomes, “A quality electrical product that works perfectly every time.” Frankly, the best compliment we can have is for the customer to completely forget about our work when it’s done. If you have a poor quality electrical product, at least it will create frustration and at worst, it can be very hazardous, even deadly.
