A.D. Susman & Associates Inc. was established in 2001. We started in the Houston, Texas area and now we have branched into the Dallas area. We currently have contractors all over the U.S. Most of our core business is focused on Health Care, Information Technology, Oil & Gas, Transportation, Administrative/ Clerical, Accounting/ Finance, and Light Industrial professionals. We have an internal staff that has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry.
How We Work
At A.D. Susman & Associates, we understand our services are valued through the due diligence that we
put into each position and candidate. In order to provide the best services, we:
- Meet each and every candidate face-to-face*
- Conduct reference checks
- Conduct background checks
- Acquire the information needed to answer our client's questions - i.e., employment terms, location, travel, availability, need for a new opportunity, etc.
- Drug Tests (if requested by client)
We will find any skill set, on any terms, at any price - all with a personal touch. This approach has allowed us to establish relationships with numerous companies nationwide.
