OUR BACKGROUND
In 2016, we began assembling a group of construction staffing experts from across the United States. With this unique team there is a total of over 30+ years of experience in construction. We as a team realized that there was a gap in the industry concerning the limited services provided by other firms, and sought out a suite of services that would be a more turnkey solution for construction companies.
Most total labor support companies focus on just how many people are in the field working every day. TAG focuses on becoming a contractor’s talent acquisition partner, whether that is working on temporary needs, helping with direct hire opportunities, or finding top executives that can push a company to the next level.
